We selecteren onze koffies en specerijen erg zorgvuldig. Een hele belangrijke maatstaf is de duurzaamheid van de plantages waar ze vandaan komen. We kiezen daarom alleen voor koffiebonen en specerijen waar we trots achter kunnen staan. Zo zijn we bijvoorbeeld gecertificeerd bij de Rainforest Alliance.

Voor elke zet methode branden we de koffie net even anders. Zo verzekeren we een optimale smaakbeleving voor volautomaten, semi-automaten en filter koffies . Bij onze espresso’s en kruidenkoffies houden we er rekening mee dat jij je koffie misschien liever drinkt met melk of melkalternatieven.
